TOM DANBY
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tom oversees all elements of company in all areas including day to day running of DBG, Operations and Financial structure. To guide and implement DBG’s business strategy and future in both construction and Developments sectors within DBG.

LAURA DANBY
FINANCE DIRECTOR
Laura manages DBG’S financial health and growth. She is responsible for making high-level financial decisions, creating budgets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

ADAM DRAKE
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Adam's job role is to oversee day to day operations in all elements of Construction and Development sectors. To improve productivity and efficiency of all live projects and to manage all risk, budgets and staff.

GARRY
ASSISTING DIRECTOR
Garry oversees key areas of DBG’s production and commercial operations, acting as a liaison between the three directors on legal matters related to sales, contracts, and policies. He is office-based on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays each week after Easter.

WES
COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Wes is responsible for managing all aspects of DBG’s commercial positions, including overseeing budgets, job costings, subcontractor orders, assessments, and contract valuations. He also ensures the effective management of all CSA’s to maintain financial control and project efficiency.

WILL
CONTRACTS MANAGER
Will is our junior survivor who supports day to day tasks, assists senior team members and helps ensure survivors receive consistent care and support.

NICK
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Nick oversees all daily operations at DBG, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and resource management. He manages projects from planning to completion, defining scope, budgets, and team assignments while mitigating risks and meeting director expectations.

SARAH
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Sarah our social media manager is responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. She manages posts, interacts with followers and analyses performance metrics

NEIL
ACCOUNTANT
Neil is our accountant and he is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. He analyses budgets, tracks expenses, and provides insights to support business decision-making.

LISA
OFFICE MANAGER
Lisa is our Office Manager and she oversees staff, implements procedures, maintains administrative systems, and works closely with other departments such as human resources or legal counsel.

MARK
PROPERTY ACQUISTION MANAGER
Mark is responsible for coordinating all prospective property acquisitions for DBG. He oversees property appraisals, exit strategies, planning, design, and architectural requirements for both current and future projects.

SAM
SITE MANAGER
Sam is the site manager at our Hull Sites. He oversees day-to-day operations on development sites, coordinating contractors, managing schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance and acting as the main point of contact to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.

WILL
SITE MANAGER
Will is the site manager at Canal Depot Site. He oversees day-to-day operations on development sites, coordinating contractors, managing schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance and acting as the main point of contact to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.

SITE MANAGER
Liam is the site manager at our Belgrave Site. He oversees day-to-day operations on development sites, coordinating contractors, managing schedules, ensuring health and safety compliance and acting as the main point of contact to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and on time.
