Meet The Team
TOM DANBY
Tom takes responsibility for the overall success of the business and as the Managing Director he is expected to be the strategist and a leader who is able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.
LAURA DANBY
Laura is our Finance Director who works at the executive level of DBG Group and helps make long-term financial decisions regarding our company's future. Her duties include analysing departmental finances, creating a company budget and ensuring the financial health and stability of the company.
ADAM DRAKE
Adam is our operations director and has a pivotal role at the heart of DBG Group. Adam oversees all operational aspects of company strategy, helps set strategic goals and is responsible for the flow of operations information to the board.
GARRY HALL
Garry is DBG Groups's Commercial Director and is responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.
ROB STEVENS
Rob is our contracts manager and he manages all contracts relating to building projects. He studies the legalities of contracts and help to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties, before drawing up legal documents to outline terms of service and project deliverables.
WES NIXSON
Wes is our Quantity surveyors and he manages the costs on a construction project. He helps to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
LISA LAWTON
Lisa is our Office Manager and she oversees staff, implements procedures, maintains administrative systems, and works closely with other departments such as human resources or legal counsel.
SARAH DANBY
Sarah is our Business developer and is responsible for driving business growth within DBG Group. She develops a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
